I really don't like running. I'm extremely unfit and quite lazy when it comes to exercise. BUT, I have the opportunity to run a 10km race and really make a difference. I will be participating in the race to raise awareness for Cancer on the 9th of August 2017 and think it is the perfect opportunity to support a friend in need. I'm going to Run for Rubén. Rubén has been diagnosed with cancer (he is only 24!!!) and has gone through surgery and treatment with the biggest smile. He has been a true inspiration even though he's been going through a very tough time. He has been such a ray of sunshine in my life, and I want to contribute financially (to him and his family) to support him during this difficult time.

He does not have medical aid and has many medical expenses to cover. Please join me in this venture to try and make a difference €“ every bit helps!
