Chelsea is a 12 year old girl diagnosed with Angelman syndrome. She has been in icu & on a ventilator for 35 days, she is currently off the ventilator & making good progress. Chelsea is being raised by a single mother & needs the right care (oxygen, suction machine etc) in order for her to get care at home so that she doesn't relapse & end up on a ventilator again. Her mother is flooded with medical Bill's & unable to afford what's needed for her to get good care at home. Please help us raise funds to get Chelsea home & with the necessary facilities for her at home.
